By accessing or using the services provided by Astraios LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including the Vector Liquidity Model (VLM) indicator, website, educational content, and any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Astraios LLC provides trading indicators, educational content, and related tools designed to assist traders in their market analysis. Our primary product, the Vector Liquidity Model (VLM), is a TradingView indicator that identifies potential liquidity sweeps and trading opportunities.

• Share or transfer your license to third parties

Payment and Refunds

For paid Services:

• All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or subscription renewal
• Subscription services will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods after the 14-day window

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server problems
• Third-party service disruptions (including TradingView)
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astraios LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or damages resulting from use of our Services
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astraios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
